Xero is coming to Container Relocations!!!!

We’re continually striving to improve our internal systems and procedures which will ultimately improve the level of customer service that we’re providing to our clients.  As part of this ongoing process, we’ll be getting in contact with every client that is using our service and asking them for feedback.  Our aim is to continually improve our product and maintain our position as the best household removals business in New Zealand, with the smallest carbon footprint. 

It’s an interesting fact that 30% of our business comes from returning clients and/or a direct referral from a past client.  This fact speaks volumes about the high level of customer service and pride that our team take in their work.

A further improvement that we’re making this week is with the migration of our accounting software over to a product called ‘Xero’.   Xero has a direct link to our bank so payments made to us via bank transfer (or our credit card facility) will be receipted as soon as the money arrives into our account. 

One massive benefit of this is that the team at Smart Virtual Office (who assist us with administration services) will have complete visibility and will therefore be able to assist our clients without delay if we’re busy or unavailable.  In addition, Xero will further streamline our processes and allow us to spend more time on our core business which is to offer our clients a hassle free cost-effective environmentally friendly relocation
